Why I hold this space

I didn’t create Hero Reset Week because I had more to teach.
I created it because I know what it’s like to be capable, trusted and quietly disappearing.

I’ve led teams, carried responsibility, been the glue in my family and spent years being the steady one others leaned on.

I also know the pattern of over-functioning, over-giving and people-pleasing and the cost of it.


What changed everything wasn’t doing more.
It was learning how to stop leaving myself under pressure.

This week is about regulation, self-trust and calm authority - the kind that lets you lead without abandoning yourself.

I hold this space with care, clarity and deep respect for your nervous system.
No fixing. No performing. No pressure.

Just a return to yourself - guided by someone who’s walked it.

I bring decades of leadership experience, a lifetime of athlete resilience and a coaching approach grounded in self-leadership, nervous system awareness and lived practice.
