We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be fair while honouring the time, planning, and resources involved in creating this special retreat experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

 

Cancellation by You:

    •    Up to 30 days before the retreat: You may request a refund minus a £15 admin fee OR transfer your booking to another person.

    •    14–29 days before the retreat: 50% refund will be issued OR you may transfer your spot to someone else.

    •    Less than 14 days before the retreat: No refunds can be given unless we are able to fill your spot. You’re welcome to transfer your place to another person.

 

No-shows or same-day cancellations:

No refund or credit will be issued.

 

Transfers:

You may transfer your booking to another person at any time—just let us know their name and contact details at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Cancellation by Us:

 

In the unlikely event we must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

 

Important Notes:

    •    All refund requests must be made in writing via email.

    •    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    •    This policy ensures we can cover upfront venue and material costs while holding a safe, committed space for every participant.
