Here's how it unfolds.

Throughout it all, the focus is:

"IT WAS BRILLIANT 🤩.

My favourite bit was: apart from all of it, the release portion and journaling prompts.

The content was AMAZING.

Each step built beautifully on the last.

The day confirmed to me the power of breathing, moving and creativity alongside doing actual “work”."

“I loved the release ritual, journaling and breathwork. The movement was completely new to me and I felt a little self-conscious at first, but Nikki made me feel instantly at ease.

I’d never been to a wellness event before and arrived feeling nervous and overwhelmed. We were asked to choose a word for how we wanted to feel by the end - I chose comfort. - Four hours later, I truly felt it.

I’m not naturally creative, but being surrounded by such lovely people made it a beautiful afternoon. Nikki and Susi are two of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet.”

From people-pleasing perfectionist to unapologetic self-leadership coach, my adventure taught me that boundaries, courage and sparkle can coexist.

After years of chasing approval and achievement, I realised real strength comes from knowing yourself and standing by that woman.

Wild & Wise is where that belief lives in action.

Nikki

Through profound loss, motherhood and transformation, I learned that grief and growth can coexist.

Loss doesn’t cancel joy. It deepens it.

As a Grief and Transformational Life Coach, I support others to honour their experiences while still choosing to live fully.

Wild & Wise is the space where we honour both the wild and the wise within you.

Why Wild & Wise Experience was born

  • We were tired of watching brilliant women shrink.

  • We know what it’s like to lose yourself in roles, grief, expectations and endless responsibility.

  • We’ve both had to rebuild from scratch and discovered that real power isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about Pausing. PrioritisingProtecting.

Wild & Wise was born from the collaboration of two accredited coaches who have walked their own paths of personal growth, grief and transformation.

Each of us has faced life’s twists, losses and identity shifts and through that adventure, we discovered the power of holding space. For ourselves and for others.

We came together with a shared vision:

To create a sanctuary where people can reconnect with their authentic selves through movement, creativity, reflection and mindfulness.

Wild & Wise isn’t your average retreat. It’s a reset.

It’s where movement meets mindfulness.

Where creativity becomes medicine.

Where you reconnect with both your wild energy and your grounded wisdom.

We believe everyone deserves time to nurture their spirit, express their emotions and rediscover the joy life still holds - even in the midst of change.

We created the space we once needed. Now we hold it for you.
